Titans House set out with the goal to create a space to help ticketholders envision their new home turf, and the result has fans geared up for what’s next.

The concept of Titans House is an exciting one: to immerse Tennessee Titans ticketholders in the experience of the upcoming Nissan Stadium, well before it is set to open in 2027.

With a sales team workspace on the second floor, the project combines clean, branded design with functional needs. Titans House puts the future on display, and it’s already delivering results.

Deep Connection to Brand and Culture

Multifunctional Design for Both Guests and Team

“The concept of Titans House was to create an immersive experience for our fans that would allow them to visualize their future gameday by feeling like they were already inside of new Nissan Stadium. With the help of ORI throughout the planning and coordination process, we were able to capture that vision and feeling, which has helped lead to tremendous success during our new stadium sales campaign.”

Jim Rice, Vice President of Ticket Sales at the Tennessee Titans

Behind the scenes, the space functions as home base for the Titans’ internal sales team and Elevate Sports Ventures.

While fans explore what’s next downstairs, the Titans team keeps everything moving upstairs. ORI outfitted the second floor with thoughtfully selected workstations, creating an energetic, functional, on-brand space where the sales team can focus, collaborate, and stay connected to the guest experience below.

“ORI helped us bring Titans House to life by creating a space that truly feels like home. Their furniture choices transformed the environment, making it warm, inviting, and perfectly suited for our vision of the new Nissan Stadium experience. Seeing guests walk in and light up as they take in the ambiance has been incredibly special—it’s the perfect start to this exciting new era.”

Adam Nuse, Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer at the Tennessee Titans

Working with CAA Icon and Elevate, ORI supported the Titans with detailed planning and product strategies that aligned with the project’s timeline, goals, and budget.

Early photorealistic renderings helped establish design intent and manage expectations. Product selections were tailored to balance lead times, performance, and aesthetic goals—including sourcing outdoor furniture from international vendors.

Installations were carefully phased and coordinated around the team’s schedule, with after-hours access and site constraints addressed with advanced planning and on-site flexibility. The result was a smooth install with minimal punch and no disruption to launch timing.

This was more than a furniture project.

It was a collaboration built on understanding the Titans’ culture, supporting their sales endeavors, and the need to reflect a brand rooted in both tradition and one that’s evolving at a pivotal moment. The result is a space that connects culture, supports performance, and moves the Titans team forward.
