The leadership team partnered with Olympia Designs and ORI to create a space that balances warmth and professionalism. Glass-front offices and meeting rooms introduce openness throughout the floorplan, making it easy for clients to see and connect with the team. Every detail was chosen to make both clients and employees feel welcome. From the moment you step off the elevator, the space tells a clear story: this is a bank where relationships matter.

Inspired by visits to ORI’s showroom, the Park National team explored real-life installations to shape their vision.
Our team guided them through product options and helped establish standards for their new offices, workstations, and collaborative areas. By blending pieces from Steelcase, National, Kimball, and Halcon, we curated a special collection that matched their goals. We combined premium touches with cost-conscious choices to create a timeless space that is stylish and full of durable pieces.

At the heart of the new office is a café space that brings the whole team together.
More than just a place to grab coffee, it’s where Monday morning meetings kick off and March Madness games bring the energy. For Park National Bank’s internal team, it’s become the pulse of the workplace. Surrounding the café, the carefully planned layout balances private workstations with bright, open areas designed for collaboration. The new design solves the noise and flow issues of their previous office and gives the team space to focus, connect, and enjoy being together: a real story of how space enhances culture.
