Skills & Abilities Needed for the Position

• Lead customer interactions leveraging industry research and insights
• Uncover new business via networking with key influencers including A&D and Commercial Real Estate
• Create lasting relationships with key influencers as well as customers
• Possess a strong desire to serve others
• Uncover customer needs and position the appropriate solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills with customers
• Manage customer touches and sales forecast in a CRM database
• Grow and manage new as well as existing customer base
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent communication and presentations skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Detail oriented
• Community Involvement
• Proven track record achieving established sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis
• Prior dealer sales experience a plus
• Bachelors Degree in Business or Equivalent
