General Responsibilities

The Account Executive – New Business Development will focus on driving growth through strategic outreach and partnership building, particularly with corporate and healthcare clients. This role requires a proactive and relationship-driven approach, representing ORI within the commercial real estate and design communities while aligning solutions to client business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development, with emphasis on corporate and healthcare accounts
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with commercial real estate professionals and other key influencers
  • Represent ORI through active participation in business and networking events
  • Collaborate with internal design teams to deliver strategic, customized solutions to clients
  • Recommend furnishings and services that challenge client needs and support long-term success
  • Engage in ongoing industry education and professional development
  • Use CRM tools for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and strategic planning
