General Responsibilities
The Interior Designer will work closely with the sales team to provide exceptional client service by creating designs and specifications for contract furniture applications. This role includes generating and coordinating conceptual drawings, space plans, schematic furniture layouts, 3D renderings, product specifications, installation drawings, and finish selections using industry-standard software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited program
- 3–5 years of professional experience within the contract furniture industry preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office programs, and Adobe Acrobat
- Preferred experience with CET, Adobe Creative Suite, and some Revit

- Dependable, disciplined, and industrious work ethic
- Excellent time management skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to field verify project sites, including measuring and product inventory (standing, walking, bending)
